Senior Music Sales Manager
for our new Munich Office.
West One Music Group is a globally recognised, market leading, independent production music company based in central London in the UK. We are a vibrant, creative and dedicated team of youthful and passionate people who love music.
Reporting to our Managing and Creative Director who is based in our London Head Office, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team and developing sales initiatives from our Munich office, to service our clients throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The successful applicant will:
• Demonstrate a good knowledge of production music usage in the broadcast and wider media industries in Germany, Austria, Switzerland
• Have experience of managing key client accounts
• Be capable of managing a direct sales force
• Be motivated and enthusiastic to travel throughout the relevant territory and also to the UK
• Have experience in marketing (B2B)
• Be capable and comfortable working with a small dedicated sales team
• Have a proactive attitude towards developing our client database across Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Be capable of training and leading the sales team
• Be comfortable and capable of reporting into our UK head office
• Have knowledge of local collection societies’ processes and standard practices
• Understand licensing and synchronization rights and practices
• Be passionate about music
In summary, we are looking for a switched on, energized, hard working and enthusiastic industry professional to lead and manage our exciting expansion in to the German speaking territories.
